R2 Bad Motivator - Principle

You might not be at the peak of anything, but inside you will strive to lead in everything. Leadership is an attitude, not a position. Today, I have a bad motivator, if I can't be up how can I expect anyone around me to be? Sisyphus tells me to suck it up, and move along - this I must do, smite this tumbling rock with my smile.
