SUBSTRATUM vs. GOOGLE

in vincentb •  7 years ago

If doing what's best for humanity were the criteria for best cryptos, I would call Substratum, the number one coin, hands down. It's my understanding that Substratum's goal is to create a brand new decentralized internet, where all websites are on a distributed network, and hence, cannot be censored, altered, or shut down, by disapproving governments.

This "decentralized internet" would also would prevent government from censoring their own citizens right to access to all (or part) of the internet. And I am not only referring to North Korea. There are plenty of countries that are censoring, and I would venture to assume, that the western countries are doing so as well, albeit carefully masked, and perhaps that is where Google comes into play. The certainly do control the narrative by returning skewed search results.

If you'd like to try a fun test, arrange for you and a friend to query the same search on Google, and then compare the results. An honest search engine would return identical results. Go ahead and give it a try. Results?

If Substratum succeeds, that will be a very happy day for humanity, as a whole. Should the cards play out the way we hope, and by chance, we all get rich here on cryptos, I am DEFINITELY going to be putting significant investment dollars behind Substratum in order to support their efforts.
