Every new technology goes through the hype life cycle, at the peak of which, it seems that the tech in question will solve all the earth's problems, but we don't know yet how. This is a sign that the technology is not yet mature and disillusionment is sure to follow, when people realize only the partial usability of the previously perceived application. This typically reflects in devaluation of business or bursting of the hype. Cryptos don't seem to be there yet. True application and usability of the tech will likely only emerge after the hype burst, as it was with previous tech cycles.
