Likely replacing the caps will cost more than the STK463 and you'll probably have to spend quite some time cleaning and fixing up the switches and pots. Something I noticed from the photos is that there is plenty of space inside, may be better to completely gut it and just retain the front panel, knobs and chassis, put something modern inside...

Yes, there is some room in the chassis. It is easy to change/replace panels on it.
What kind of stuff you will put inside that you consider "good" enough ?
