The journey of this small little chubby boy started from some random street of the capital of India which is New Delhi. The young lad was heartbroken at that time but after completing all the rituals, the very next day he went on to play for the domestic competition and scored a century out there. In 2008, the under-19 Indian cricket team led by Virat Kohli came out to be victorious and Indian was crowned as the Under-19 champions for the second time. It was in the same year when the Indian Premiere League was first introduced also popularly known as IPL. Back then, the 8 teams were allowed to pick any one player from the victorious Under-19 Indian team. The Royal Challengers Bangalore picked up Virat Kohli from that draft which came as a surprise to him as him being a Delhi boy was expecting to be picked up by the Delhi team. Virat however did not performed anything so special or worth remembering among the audience in the inaugural season.
