Vitamin B1, or Thiamine, its other name is necessary for humans to have and does amazing things for the body. In this article, I'll be going over the benefits of vitamin B1, what foods to get it from, and how to know if you have a deficiency.
Benefits of Vitamin B1
Vitamin B1 helps avert cataracts from coming and is in charge of turning sugar into energy.
It is also like body maintenance since it also makes sure the heart, brain, muscles, and some of the digestive system (including the stomach and both intestines,) work properly.
Going more into the brain it helps send messages to nerves and improves memory in your brain.
