Last night I made 7 layer-dip with cottage cheese waffles for dinner 🤣 strange enough they worked lol
If you have a vitamix you really gonna love all the dips and smoothies you’re able to create! For the guacamole layer, I added some spinach and the avocado seed when blending( have you heard the health benefits from the avocado seed itself!? Amazing stuff!)
Oh and I love the cottage cheese waffles! They are crunchy on the outside, but light and fluffy inside! Low on carbs high in protein😋
Yes they were the most random and maybe strange food for dinner but hey they were delicious and healthy!
