Vivek Ramaswamy Remarks to NRA Leadership Forum

As someone who has been robbed at gunpoint multiple times during my childhood, I have mixed feelings about gun ownership. Personally, I do not own a gun and have no intention of owning one. They are expensive, and I don't see any need for them in a stable, peaceful nation like America outside of certain high crime or high traffic areas where self-defense may be necessary.

I strongly disagree with guns as an investment or store of value. The prices of used guns indicate that they have lost a significant amount of their value compared to their prices when they were new. Therefore, I consider the idea of investing in guns to be stupid.

However, I acknowledge that guns are essential for self-defense, military, and police purposes. In fact, I think that increasing the population of lawful gun owners could decrease crime rates. When I lived in Texas, I lived in a town with very high rates of gun ownership, but I never saw a single gun. This town had very little crime, which implies that lawful gun owners are typically discrete about their gun ownership. Their ownership must be doing something to reduce crime, as such areas typically have less police as well. If a criminal were to attempt a home invasion in such an area, chances are they would be met with a gun owner.

While mental illness and criminality are a part of life, I do not think outlawing guns nationwide or even at the state level is the answer. It would not solve the problem, and we would see more crime. In addition to the points made earlier, it's worth noting that Biden's agenda is fundamentally flawed in its approach to social issues. Rather than providing effective solutions, it seems to prioritize surface-level changes that are little more than token gestures. This is typical of many leftist and liberal members of the managerial class, who often resort to stonewalling when faced with real issues. Part of the allure of Vivek Ramaswamy is that he attacks the leftist managerial class of the USA head on. I love this about him, because the managerial class are truly sycophantic non-owners with little to no skin in the game. The business class who insert these individuals between themselves and their actual employees are only hurting themselves as they wrongly believe they are freeing up their own time.

I recently experienced this firsthand when I quit my job after feeling disrespected by the manager. Instead of addressing my concerns, they stonewalled me and even resorted to using obscenities. This experience serves as a reminder that we are not slaves to our employers, and that we have the power to leave when we are not being treated with the respect we deserve.

It's important to remember that in a free labor market, demand for our skills and talents is high, and we are not beholden to abusive or disrespectful employers. We should demand better from those in positions of power, and if they refuse to listen, we can exercise our right to leave and seek better opportunities elsewhere. If you work for an employer that does not make you feel safe for speaking up, leave, because you are in a toxic work culture, which is generally the culture allowed to proliferate under democrats. It's worth noting that absolutely 100% of African Americans were owned by democrats. No Republican has ever owned a slave. That is the fundamental difference between the parties: Republicans emancipated our African American brothers and sisters, and the democrat is the plantation party of enslavement. That is a stark difference, and those who portray the parties as being two sides of the same coin, are typical charlatan obfuscators. Such fake leaders are easily identified because they offer no clarity. Biden's stolen regime is routinely accused of not providing clarity. A legitimately elected leader would have no problem communicating, but Biden cannot function without note cards. Coinbase recently accused the SEC of not providing clarity, and "hurts America." I would have to agree, that Biden hurts America.

As Americans, we must accept that we need to take measures to protect ourselves and our families. The answer to bad people with guns, contrarily empowered by democrat rhetoric such as Ilhan Omar's idiotic mantra "defund the police," is out numbering them with good people with guns. This is similar to the concept of nuclear deterrence. We all saw what happened to Ukraine when they gave up their nukes. In contrast, Pakistan has nukes and does not have the problems that Ukraine has. Pakistan also has achieved a larger "middle class" than the USA. Of course the different economies are difficult to compare, but there is vastly more inequality in the USA than in Pakistan, despite Pakistan's being on an emerging economic rung globally. Particularly, Pakistanis are far more honest than Americans. Americans cannot trust each other, but typically, Americans can trust Pakistanis, and Pakistanis can trust each other, so it is truly America that has gone astray. I often wonder how my life would be different had I been born in Pakistan? Dinesh D'Souza also mentioned on his show, on Rumble, that he often wonders if moving to America was a mistake. Pakistan has superior rates of family formation. I think Pakistan will become a super power. As Americans we must get in there, as Vivek says in the video below, and shut down the awry sectors of our government such as The FBI and Department of Education. I have to agree with Vivek Ramaswamy about that. The FBI is truly corrupt. They are liars and frauds, empowered with police force. Did you know they actually raided Donald Trump's private residence, and found nothing pertinent? That is a crime. Imagine if they raided your family home? In other words Biden literally is the very criminal for which the home defense guns are necessary, because it is literally Biden who is trying to get into your home, and steal your secrets. He is literally exhibiting the very behavior US innovators accuse China of.

In terms of my personal experience, I have noticed a trend among the gun owners I know, which is that they drink alcohol. Personally, I do not drink, so I do not go to bars or anywhere stupid violent criminal people congregate. Therefore, I typically don't have to worry about violence the way they do. This is why I have much lower stress, and frankly don't need a gun. I am also aware that the national media is criminal, and they take the small number of shootings and blow them up, zooming in on them, as though they kill more people than COVID, which they do not. COVID has killed millions of Americans, and guns have not. The numbers are very clear, and undoubtedly indicate that the fake news media industry is misleading our voters about gun owners at the behest of the evil Biden administration.

In summary, I support gun ownership as a means of self-defense, military, and police purposes. However, I do not support guns as an investment or store of value. "Revolution" is NOT the purpose of the 2nd amendment. The purpose is not to oust oppressive regimes, such as Biden, but to preserve freedom in spite of such imbecile puppet fraud leaders who steal their way into office. Guns are generally tools of peace, not strife. Harmony has to be held together with some level of policing, or self policing. To some extent we all police ourselves. The population of lawful gun owners needs to be increased so that crime goes down. Outlawing guns will not solve the problem. I remember in Pakistan when a home invader hopped a wall into my grandfather's courtyard, and he clobbered him with a brick. So home invasion is ubiquitous and facilitating home defense is a moral obligation. We must accept that some individuals are evil, and that requires policing. If those individuals were to get out of jail, they would do it again. To not punish the guilty, is hurting the innocent. So, if we want to set up an American Arcadia, we must allow some gun ownership to facilitate security.

Oregon recently ran very distasteful billboards urging gun owners to properly secure their guns because it's supposedly correlated with lower rates of suicide. However, Oregon is a relatively uneducated liberal and leftist state, so they are unaware they actually advertised suicide by publicizing it as an option. I wrote the Mayor of Portland, Ted Wheeler, that billboards advertising alcohol, should not be allowed. As you can see in this example, in attacking guns, leftist liberals actually increase or facilitate mental illness, and it may be due to their own mental illnesses. They are at least in the vicinity of the solution, which is to address mental health, and the best answer there is to defend religious liberty. Among the religious, there is less mental illness, because it offers a trusted community where those with issues can seek help comfortably as many communities have an aversion to seeking help. There is nothing wrong with that, so long as they are not in a position of leadership during the time they are dealing with their own mental illnesses. It would be much better to have Republicans running Portland and Oregon.

There are a few points to consider regarding Vivek Ramaswamy:

Ramaswamy believes that COVID-19 came from a lab, but as someone with decades of experience in science, I am not convinced. While the "lab leak" theory may be confirmation bias at best, it is now very clear the virus actually came from a "species leap." Do some searches on Google Scholar, and read a few papers. Omicron, for example, is considered to have leaped from dogs to humans, and it is known that dogs and cats can asymptomatically spread COVID-19. Who benefits from pretending that climate change caused pandemics are not real? Oil companies benefit from this lie. It's an obvious lie. You don't hear the people at the CDC and FDA saying "yes, the FBI is correct in its virology." They are liars. They should be removed from our nation. The FBI are home invading thugs, and we will remove them from our nation. Capiche! Vivek is correct in observing the FBI is an out of control anarchist mob of criminals. They are the biggest enemies of law and order, because they have invaded the home of the actual President. Of course there should be police to carry out investigations, but when it's clearly politically motivated, we can no longer trust them. How is anyone going to ever see them as objective again? Let me reiterate, the FBI is being used against political opponents and spread lies about the origin of COVID. Such a tool is an enemy of mankind. They are a clear and present worldwide danger.

Biden has no legitimacy. That's why he has failed to deliver a single promise. He promised to forgive all the student loans. Why hasn't that happened? Will he refund everyone who paid for the education outright? If not, that would be unfair wouldn't it? He hasn't thought any of this through, before making such an imbecile promise. There is no way Biden won the election. We all know this. He is a total fraud. We have to hold the Biden Crime Family accountable.

Ramaswamy's stance against climate change is concerning. Climate change is already affecting us, as seen in extreme heat waves like the recent "Heat Dome" in Portland, Oregon. It is clear that carbon emissions from hydrocarbons are a significant contributor to climate change, and denying this reality is immoral. Ramaswamy also debases the institution of religion by calling it a fake climate "religion." In doing so, he insults not only religious harmony, but sows the seeds of division, rather than unity. As a Muslim, I view Christianity as a "fake religion," so if we go down that road in rhetoric, it certainly won't lead to unity. You don't create an American identity by using the word religion in such a cavalier manner, and words matter.

Ramaswamy frequently uses language that pathologizes "woke" ideology as a "cancer." Such language has been used in the past by individuals such as Hitler and is not suitable for someone with a background in biochemistry like Ramaswamy. You would think with his biology background he might understand the dilemma of accusing a Chinese lab of spreading COVID, which is most likely just another Biden governmental lie.

Additionally, Ramaswamy ignorantly argues that there can only be two genders based on biological sex, but this is a narrow definition that leaves out cultural and linguistic considerations. For example, in Spanish, many nouns are assigned either a male or female gender, such as "la bicicleta" (the bicycle). While I personally object to sodomy for religious reasons, I believe individuals should have the right to self-identify as they choose, and laws should protect their rights without forcing others to use certain language. If people are so offended by people choosing to identify differently, why not ban the word "the," and then introduce Spanish substitutes such as "la" and "el" restoring genderism to English? See? The problem, or "el problemo" is the English language itself is neutered, and promotes middle sex values. Westerners are actually more middle sexed. They are not as gendered as Asians, Africans and others, and you can easily see this in the language itself. So to pretend this is something new is wrong, and to pretend that gender is a religion is a disgusting political tactic. Ramaswamy is a naïve, ignorant, and uneducated fool.

The solution I have to offer is your support of Nikki Haley, who is more aligned with the majority of good people in our nation. She will break the glass ceiling, and would annihilate, shatter, obliterate, and eradicate the insane brain dead, irresponsible criminal thug Biden administration. Otherwise, were she not an option, I would have to agree with Vivek Ramaswamy that we need to get in there and shut Biden down. I don't think it's necessary. I agree with the book Presidential Powers, by Neustadt, where he argues that the President is not as powerful as you may think. The Power of The President does not come from authority. It comes from persuasion, influence, and behaving in a certain way. Nikki Haley behaves in such a positive way. Biden has not fulfilled a single promise, and world war has erupted under his corrupt leadership. It is very clear that Biden lacks power, and therefore is either going to leave you weaker, or could kill you and your family. So, for this reason, I remain in the Nikki Haley camp. However, I do think it's extremely important to listen to younger voices, such as Vivek Ramaswamy. I do not believe the more extreme variant of ideology that Vivek Ramaswamy is putting forth, can actually persuade most Americans, however I understand that candidates veer radically for primary voters who themselves are more radical, and veer back to the center for the general election. In doing so, however, it is important that they watch their words. Ramaswamy is an obvious hypocrite with canned speeches he recycles. He is charismatic, but stupid.
