Please explain. Parabolic VIX=Extreme Greed and/or Extreme Fear? Neutral Fear/Greed=Low VIX?

    Higher the VIX goes the higher volatility is in the market meaning higher highs and lower lows. When the VIX is low it means prices tend to be steady with fewer price fluctuations rather than LARGE swings up and down.
