Pyramid Calisthenics Set:
1 Muscle Up 2 Dips 2 Pull ups
2 Muscle Ups 4 Dips 4 Pull ups
3 Muscle Ups 6 Dips 6 Pull ups
4 Muscle Ups 8 Dips 8 Pull ups
5 Muscle Ups 10 Dips 10 Pull ups
...

This one is a great set that will test you in many ways : strength, endurance & grip. On every set you increase the number of muscle ups by 1, dips & pull ups by 2. You can take this as far as you want to, I personally love this set because it makes me work really hard in a short space of time and I'm always curious how high up the pyramid I can get. My personal best is round 7.

Well I can go up the pyramid till 7 muscle ups 14 pull ups 14 dips :) It burns a looooot!
