In der Stadt ist das natürlich etwas problematisch. Allerdings baue ich meine eignes Dinkelgrass im Keller an. Einfach eine Anzuchtschale, Kokoserde, angekeimte Dinkelkörner verteilen, abdecken und 10 Tage warten :)
