Thanks @gisi. Very handy. I'm doing HIIT and kickboxing, so do I need to mix in some longer, slower exercise as well, or am I good to go?

Losing the belly is my desired outcome.

Ehy ma man :) you dont necessarily need to do slow intensity cardio. At the end of the day what matters is that you are burning more calories than what you eat, if you don't lose weight the options are to decrease the food you eat (drastic option) or increase the exercise you do (cardio or training). @dtubefitness to the sky :)

Great video dude! I love the points that you made about intense cardio and steady state cardio! I like to jump rope and do bur-pees one day for cardio and take a long walk for the next time so I don't get tired of always doing the same thing. Also thanks for the tip on getting my video uploaded. It worked!!

Yee that's good to hear :) Jump rope is so intense ahah doesn't seem like it but makes your heart go crazy xD and im glad to hear your upload issues were fixed :) @dtubefitness life

Nice one! That’s reassuring. I’m doing a whole bunch of fast walking daily and a bit of high intensity for short periods daily so looks like I’m covering the bases. Thanks for this info @gisi.

Yes yes :) keep active stay active @dtubefitness

Very fascinating stuff G! Love it. Dtube Fitness with all the important info. I feel like I should really start HIIT!

Yea ma man, even 5-10 min in the morning to stimulate the metabolism :) @dtubefitness
