Hello Steemains,
Today is day 5 of my fitness transformation journey. No training on Sunday, just measurements done.
Starting measurements are:
101.4 kg - personal weight
17.2% body fat %
Target is to put on muscle mass, in same time will try to reduce body fat and keep it not more then 15%.
1st week of training went really great!

what is it say today. hopefully you are always healthy and happy today
if we exercise fitness, every 5 days once we have to stop for weight measurement. actually what you do is very true, because the body can not be forced to exercise and need to rest on day 5. and I really agree with your sports tips

I really agree with your writing. reducing fat is very important. and reduce fat, one of which can only be done with exercise as has been done by ivargereiko
