Wil Dasovich is sick! (In a good way)
I have mentioned in my previous post that I am Wil's subscriber since last year. (Check it out here.) I just love the guy! He's kind. He's sweet! He's true! Even if his image is basic, he reaches people's hearts and I love it about him. So just to clear it, my title for this post isn't a click bait because...
Wil Dasovich is really pretty sick!
I learned the other day that Wil Dasovich has been diagnosed with cancer. I couldn't bring myself to write this post because I'm really sad. I love Wil! From the day I accidentally watched his videos on YouTube (Now, that I thought of it, I watched one or two of his vlogs even before I was influenced to watch his videos.) to the time Arielle Magnaye introduced me to Wil's channel, I became one with the DasoFam. At least, I'd like to think so. I'm not a fanatic though. I don't really go where he's gonna be just to see him or send him gifts saying I love him. I just enjoy his videos but I'm not obsessed with him.
I love him because he can brighten up a gloomy room just by smiling. When you add up his antics with his tsonggo (translates to 'monkey' as he often calls himself) behaviour, his positivity and his healthy lifestyle, you'll fall in love with him as I did. He's really talented in editing his videos, too.
Last Thursday, he posted his Vlog 382 and I was really heart broken. I couldn't stop crying. But Wil is still positive! He's such a brave and strong lad. He's currently in San Francisco taking tests and getting treatment. Now, I respect the man so much more. I heard that he's sick a few weeks earlier but I didn't think that the diagnosis would be cancer. That's just too much. It's really painful for me. What more for his family? Right? But his sister, Haley Dasovich is still vlogging and Wil's back to vlogging and I see in their videos that everything seems normal in their home. My admiration for their family just got bigger!
Yesterday, August 26, 2017 was his birthday! Actually until now, it's his big day in San Francisco time. I sent him a personal message in Facebook yesterday at 12:00AM SF time to show my support. I shared his videos on twitter and I commented on his vlogs. I don't normally do that but for him I did. I just wanted him to know that a lot of people are with him in his fight and I am one of them. HAPPY BIRTHDAY, MAN!
WATCH WIL'S VLOG 382! IT MIGHT CHANGE YOUR LIFE!
"Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things that you didn't do than by the ones you did so. So throw off the bowlines. Sail away from the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover."
~ Mark Twain
This is my second time quoting Mark Twain and now I'm quoting Wil Dasovich:
"It's not the years in your life, but it's the life in your years that count. The biggest thing that we have to realize is that life has no limitations except the ones we create."
This vlog was entitled "The Doctor Finally Told Me (BAD NEWS)" and it might seem like a click bait but it's not. And trust me, his words are wise words of an old man who lived a long life. But he's just 26! He just turned 26. I really hope he lives a long, fruitful and wonderful life so he could keep inspiring people of all ages.
SUBSCRIBE TO HIS CHANNEL, Wil Dasovich AND HELP HIM REACH 1 MILLION SUBSCRIBERS. OR 2 MILLION. OR A BILLION! THAT WILL MAKE HIM SO HAPPY! #1MilforWil #WILCANcerVIVE
Thank you so much!
