It won't let me upload anything... keeps telling me to upload a snap shot after I've already done so. I've tried like 50 times over 3 different days. I think I'm slowly descending into insanity.

      Tried both. My desktop is a mac. Should I try my windows machine? Is there known issues on mac?

        Yes, I have heard some mac users hwving issues. Maybe try windows if it’s a option ?
