আসসালামু আলাইকুম,
প্রিয় বন্ধুরা, কেমন আছেন সবাই, নিশ্চয়ই ভালো নয়। কারণ আজ আমরা যে পরিস্থিতিতে রয়েছি তা খুবই দুঃখ জনক। আজ আমার ভাইদের শহিদ করা হল তাদের দোষ কি আমার প্রানের নবীকে কটুক্ত করেছিলো বলে তারা প্রতিবাদে নেমে ছিলো, আহহহ?? আফসুস আজ ৯০% মুসলমানদের দেশে এই অবস্থা আল্লাহ হেদায়েত দান করুক এবং যারা মৃত্যু বরন করেছেন তাদেরকে আল্লাহ তায়ালা জান্নাতের সুউচ্চ মোকাম দান করুক। এখন আপনাদের সাথে আরেকটি মাসআলা শেয়ার করছি ইনশাআল্লাহ। এটা খুবই গুরুত্বপূর্ণ মাসআলা মন দিয়ে বুঝবার চেষ্টা করবেন।
মাসআলা..
কেউ যদি জুমার নামাজ পড়ার পূর্বে নিজ গৃহে জোহরের নামাজ পড়ে ফেলে অথচ তার কোনো ওজরও নেই, তবে তার নামাজ জায়েজ হয়ে যাবে, কিন্তু এমনটি করা মাকরূহ হবে। ইমাম যুফার (র.) বলেন, তার নামাজ জায়েজ হবে না, এটা ইমাম মালিক এবং শাফেয়ী (র.) এরও অভিমত।
তাদের দলিল হলো, জুমার দিন জুমাই হল আসল ফরজ, আর জোহর হলো তার বদল তথা কিল্প ফরজ,কেননা জুমার নামাজের দিকে সায়ী তথা দৌড়িয়ে আসার নির্দেশ দেওয়া হয়েছে, আর যতক্ষণ পর্যন্ত জুমা ফউত না হবে জোহরের নামাজ পড়া থেকে নিষেধ করা হয়েছে।
সুতরাং জুমার নামাজ আদায়ের জন্য আদিষ্ট হওয়া আর জোহর নিষিদ্ধ হওয়া, জুমার নামাজই মূল ফরজ হওয়ার দলিল বহন করে।
আর একথা সর্বজন বিদিত যে, যতক্ষণ পর্যন্ত আসলের উপর কুদরত হবে ততক্ষণ পর্যন্ত বিকল্পের দিকে প্রত্যাবর্তন করা যাবে না, তাই জুমার নামাজের উপর শক্তি থাকা অবস্থায় জোহরের নামাজ আদায় করা জায়েজ হবে না।
আমাদের দলিল হলো..?( এখানে আমাদের দলিল বলতে আমাদের ইমাম আবু হানিফা (রহ.) উদ্দেশ্য) তিনি বলেন, জুমার দিন মূলত জোহরই ফরজ যেমনটি অন্যান্য দিনেও জোহর ফরজ।
দলিল হলো রাসুলুল্লাহ (সাঃ) এর বাণী ( জোহরের প্রথম ওয়াক্ত হল যখন সূর্য হেলে পড়ে, ) তাই সূর্য হেলে যাওয়ার পর সব দিনের মধ্যে জোহরেরই ওয়াক্ত।
দ্বিতীয় দলিল হলো, বিধান সামর্থ্য অনুযায়ী হয়ে থাকে।
যেমন, আল্লাহ তায়ালার বাণী ( আর ঐ সময়ের মধ্যে নামাজের মুকাল্লাফ সরাসরি জোহর আদায়ের প্রতি সামর্থ্যবান, জুমা আদায়ের প্রতি নয়। কেননা জুমা এমন কতিপয় শর্ত সম্বলিত নামাজ যা একা কোনো লোক দ্বারা পূর্ণ হবার নয়।
যেমন ইমাম হওয়া, জামাআত হওয়া ইত্যাদি, তাই জুমার মুকাল্লাফ বানানোর দ্বারা অসম্ভব কষ্টের মধ্যে পড়ে যায়, তবে জুমার দিন জুমা আদায় করে জোহরের নামাজ বাদ দেওয়ার নির্দেশ দেওয়া হয়েছে, তাই শক্তি থাকা অবস্থায় জুমা ছেড়ে দিলে জোহর আদায় করা মাকরূহ হবে।
