আসসালামু আলাইকুম...?
শুভ সকাল বন্ধুরা..? কেমন আছেন সবাই। আজ আরেকটি মাসআলা শেয়ার করছি । আশা করছি মাসআলাটি বুঝার এবং আমল করার চেষ্টা করবেন। চলুন শুরু করি.....?
মাসআলা....
যখন নামাজ আরম্ভ করবে ফরজ হোক কিংবা নফল হোক, তখন দাড়ানো অবস্থায় তাকবীর বলবে।
সুতরাং কেউ যদি বসে তাকবীর বলে পরে দাঁড়িয়ে যায়, তবে সে নামাজ আরম্ভকারী হবে না।
যদি কোনো কোনো ব্যক্তি নামাজে শরিক হওয়ার আশায় এসে ইমামকে রুকুতে পায় এবং সে পিঠ ঝুকানো অবস্থায় তাকবীর বলে, এ অবস্থায় সে যদি তাকবীর বলার সময় কিয়ামের নিকটবর্তী হয়, তবে তার তাকবীর বলা জায়েজ হবে, অন্যথায় জায়েজ হবে না।
আর যদি কোনো ব্যক্তি ইমামকে রুকুতে পায়, অতপর দাড়ানো অবস্থায় রুকুর তাকবীর বলে তাও জায়েজ হবে, কেননা এ অবস্থায় তার দাড়ানোকেই তাকবীরে তাহরীমার জন্য নির্ধারন করা হয়েছে।
দলিল হলো, ইতিপূর্বে আমাদের পাঠিত আয়াত অর্থাৎ (وربك فكبر) আর দ্বিতীয় দলিল হলো, রাসুলুল্লাহ (সাঃ) এর বাণী, ( تحريمها التكبير) হেদায়ার গ্রন্থকার বলেন, আমাদের মতে তাকবীরে তাহরীমা শর্ত, আর ইমাম শাফেয়ী (রহ.) এর মতে রুকুন।
মূল মতবিরোধ এভাবে প্রকাশ পাবে যে, আমাদের মতে যেহেতু তাকবীরে তাহরীমা শর্ত, তাই ফরজের তাহরীমা দ্বারা নফল জায়েজ হবে, আর ইমাম শাফেয়ী ( র.) এর মতে যেহেতু রুকুন, তাই ফরজের তাহরীমা দ্বারা নফল আদায় করা জায়েজ হবে না, কারণ হলো, এক শর্তের সাথে অনেক নামাজ আদায় করা জায়েজ, কিন্তু এক রুকুনের সাথে জায়েজ নয়।
মোতকথা, তাকবীরে তাহরীমা রুকন হওয়ার উপর ইমাম শাফেয়ী (রহ.) এর দলিল হলো, তাকবীরে তাহরীমার জন্য প্রত্যেক ঐ জিনিস শর্ত যা অন্যান্য রুকনের জন্যও শর্ত।
যেমন- তাহারাত, সতর ঢাকা, কিবলামখী হওয়া, নিয়ত এবং ওয়াক্ত, অর্থাৎ এ সকল জিনিস যেমনভাবে কিয়াম, কেরাত, রুকু এবং সিজদা ইত্যাদি আরকানের জন্য শর্ত এমনিভাবে তাকবীরে তাহরীমার জন্যও শর্ত।
আর যে সকল জিনিস সমস্ত রুকনের জন্য শর্ত হয় তা ঐ জিনিসের রুকন হওয়ার আলামত বহন করে, অর্থাৎ অন্যান্য আরকানের উপর কিয়াস করে তাকেও রুকন সাব্যস্ত করা হবে।
