Baldwin Street, in Dunedin, New Zealand is the world's steepest residential street, according to the Guinness World Records. It is located in the residential suburb of North East Valley, 3.5 kilometres northeast of Dunedin's central business district.

Here's a tip for anyone trying to break the Cadbury Creme Egg record. I used to work in retail distribution which included confectionery. A contact at Cadbury told me that in the UK at least they only produce 1 huge batch of Creme Eggs a year, just before Christmas. This means that the ones on the shelves now are about 4 months old and the insides will have congealed. Try again in 9months time, although regardless of the age how anyone can eat 6 of them in a minute is insane. I feel slightly sick after just one!
