Here are the reasons why I recommend people to visit Halong Bay with Cruise boat , Vietnam

There are so many beautiful places in our planet , and it's hard to choose which country or a destination we should travel next. I know some of the people who travel for a living but most of us aren't .And it's really important for the rest of us to be able to choose a place where everyone can enjoy.

So Here I bring steemians to Halong Bay; one of the most beautiful places I have ever visited.

Whenever one of my friends or colleagues ask me a place to visit, I always tell them you have to visit Halong Bay. The cost in Vietnam is cheap( one of the cheapest countries in South East Asia in my opinion),great food and amazing landscapes. Depending on the type of travelers, budget or family or luxury , they have it for everyone.

I spent my time on Halong bay on boat cruise for 2 days 1 night, even though the time was short. I have absolutely amazing time ..So here are some photos to give you an idea of what can you do in Halong bay and why it's a place you should add in your travel lists.

Sunrise/Sunset views are unreal

It's not everyday that you get to see this kind of view when you wake up..

The boat they operates have good safety standard

If you have been to SEA countries like thailand or indonesia, you might know that safety isn't always our first priority so it's really nice to see the staffs of the cruise to make sure our well being, for eg wearing safety jackets during boarding .

The scenery is gorgeous in every directions

Halong bay 's main attractions are 1960 Karst limestone islands and they are magnificent at any time of the day. And whenever I am out looking for a view, it didnt disappoint me at all.

The experience on the boat is relaxing

I am not the type of person who travel to just relax . It's just my personal preference, I mean when there are thousands of amazing sights and meeting people , and able to discover new things. I really don't want to sit down a place for a long time.. But sometimes it's really such a nice to thing to be able to just relax and be peaceful and not worried about anything

I loved my time there being on top deck of a boat as it passes through picturesque landscapes.

You get to kayak on one of the world's UNESCO sites

If you are worried you might get bored of the landscape, you also can do activities like kayaking among the limestone cliffs.

You get to Visit some really cool caves

I have heard there are many caves scattered throughout Ha Long Bay, but not all are accessible to tourists. But the ones that we visited aren't too shabby either.

Great view points that will take your breath away

If your top deck of your boat isn't so impressive, there have some really amazing views points that you can get a look at the many islands.

Delicious vietnamese food

Sorry, no food photos here.. but we ate them all before we tried to even take photos. But The food they serve on the boat was excellent; well cooked and beautifully presented.And we are well stuffed during our stay.

Looking for a beach? They have some too .

You get to see how some of the locals live

There are a few fishing villages in halong bay. It's the way of their life, and it's amazing to see how little they have and still happy.

Moonlight views

If you are lucky like us and fall your trip on during the full moon night,it's such an experience. I am sorry to keep saying amazing and beautiful, but it really was.

Your own room with a sea view

It's not everyday that we get to sleep on a boat. But an experience like this won't get easily beaten when they have also great view. The cabins are well appointed and the beds are really comfortable. Waking up and looking out of your window is a truly gratifying experience.

Overall, It really does live up to its reputation. Apart from cruising, there is also much to see and do here. Or you can just sit on a deck ,reading a book while soaking in the incredible views .The cost of the cruise when we took including everything(transfer from Hanoi to halong bay, food for 5 meals that were so yummy , accommodation, activities) cost (except soft drinks and alcohol ) about USD130 for 2d1N for one person and for me you can't beat that price for such an amazing experience. The nature around halong bay is incredible and I really recommend everyone to make a stop at this place.
