Món ăn mình sẽ giới thiệu đến mọi người hôm nay là món gà nướng. Để thay đổi khẩu vị ngày hè oi bức

Nguyên liệu

  • Một con gà thịt sẵn
  • 7-8 quả ớt cay
  • 4-5 củ sả
  • 3 gói ngũ vị hương
  • 2-3 nhánh tỏi
  • 50 gam hạt tiêu
  • 1 củ gừng
  • 1 nắm lá chanh
  • 2-3 quả chanh hoặc quất
    Chế biến
  • Gà mổ nguyên con không phanh
  • Làm hỗn hợp: ớt - tỏi - gừng - sả - ngũ vị hương - muối hạt - lá chanh - hạt tiêu băm nhỏ rồi nhét vào bụng gà
  • 1 gói ngũ vị hương bôi phía ngoài cho gà chín vàng
  • pha chế nước chấm: ớt- tiết gà thái nhỏ- muối- lá chanh
  • cho gà vào lò nướng khoảng 30-45 phút
    Cuối cùng to có món gà nướng vàng giòn đẹp mắt. Chúc mọi người thành công!
