Mọi ăn mình muốn giới thiệu đến mọi người là món "Khoai lang chiên giòn"
Nguyên liệu
- 3 - 4 củ khoai lang vàng của Nhật (vì loại khoai này bột và rất ngọt)
- 50 - 100 gam bột chiên giòn
- 2 - 3 thìa tinh bột nghệ (loại tinh bột này sẽ không bị đắng)
Cách làm
- Khoai lang sắt con thoi, không quá mỏng để ăn khoai được bột mà vãn giòn
- Khi khoai đã cắt cho đi rửa rồi cho lên bếp luộc qua khoảng 3-5 phút, khi nước vừa sôi bắc ra rồi đổ khoai cho ráo nước. Không luộc quá nhừ khiến khoai bị nát, ngoài ra có thể đồ khoai cũng được
- Cho từng miếng khoai nhỏ qua bát đựng tinh bột nghệ và bột chiên rồi rồi cho lên chảo dầu đun sôi. Trong quá trình nấu với lửa vừa, hạn chế lửa to làm khoai bị cháy sém
