Apple reported a number of failures and defects found in MacBook Pro 13 laptops and iPhone X smartphones. This is stated in a statement on the company's website.It is noted that some iPhone X may experience problems with the touch screen due to the failure of the display component. In this regard, smartphones may not respond to the touch and, conversely, to perform actions without a touch.
The manufacturer indicated that the owners of the iPhone X, faced with such problems, can produce a free replacement display.
In addition, Apple pointed out possible data loss and malfunction of the hard drive in some MacBook Pro 13, which were sold from July 2017 to June 2018.
The company recommended that owners contact Apple service centers as soon as possible to eliminate defects.
Earlier, Apple eliminated the problem of endless screenshots on the iPhone X, which filled the internal memory of the gadget.
