MY VOCAB PRACTICE

  1. Memory- The traumatic events that befell his wife and dog still linger on John Wick's mind.

  2. Commemorate- Independence Day is celebrated on different days by countries across the globe to commemorate the struggles and sacrifice made in the past for liberation and freedom.

  3. Memorandum- A commonly-used approach in peaceful protests is handing over a memorandum containing the aspirations and demands of the protesters to a person holding office.

  4. Memoirs- With the recent passing of Aretha Franklin, many people would be interested to revisit and read her past memoirs.
