Riding a horse when the mindset is not calm

my current steemian friend is feeling a very sensible feeling.

but in this vacation I'm looking for a way so I can make my feelings become more fress and fun.
horseback riding is not an easy thing if you do not have the courage then do not try, because if we are wrong and do not know how to ride a horse then you will fall from the horse, then from that heart, okay and thank.
