Yes. My focus was never on money. The price doesn't matter so much if you are generating a lot of Steem. There are people here who can create posts and generate 500 steem in a few hours. They would be silly to cash out when they can power up so much easier. Now, if Steem was worth say $10, that post would be making insane amounts of money.

Hey @elsiekjay I've only been using Steem since October, but my aim is to keep posting and eventually become a daily content poster. I love the idea of a decentralised platform and everyone I've met on here so far are so cool too. Money was the motivation for me to sign up, but there's SO much more opportunities on here too 😀

Hehehe, I know what you mean! I think when the platform grows on you you begin to love the concept of decentralization, money is still a motivating factor for me still. The possibility of Steem being $100 is very very motivating :D

Yes. Even though the price is low, you are still rewarded the same Steem for your contributions. If the price rises again, you will see your account value increase with it. Possibly, you might contribute less because you have to earn money elsewhere until then. However, it is a good idea to continue posting.
In addition, Steem is a social network, after all. The idea is to make friends and community. Even if the price is zero, you have an audience who wants to hear from you.
Personally, I have been buying a little bit more SP every time the price drops. It moves me up in reputation, thus granting greater rewards. The low prices are a great opportunity to save myself a lot of time in increasing my score. I have not invested a great deal. However, it would have taken ages to increase my score simply with posts, votes, and comments. So, if you can increase your score with some investment in Steem Power, you might see your income increase a little.

I'm not sure SP alters yous Reputation in anyway though, buying at this throw away prices is a very smart move. I can't wait for us to get back to $4, or at least $2, like you said, our account value will adjust accordingly :)

BE that it may come to that situation I would say yeah I am here still now and no wonder I will be here as the infrastructure and the projects that are developing in steem Blockchain will make it worth the Steem that we are getting right now. The price might be lower but they will be worth in the long run. So yeah will be here even if the price remains at 30 cents ;)

I will continue to survive despite the price of steem 0.03 $ ,,, because in my opinion all crypto will return to the base price first, then move slowly and will exceed the final price last year ...
