I conclude that the best forms of human interaction are those based on voluntary participation and voluntary exchange, hence my moniker "voluntary exchange". In the realm of human behavior, those interactions and exchanges that are voluntary will consistently outperform involuntary exchanges in terms of meeting human needs and maximizing well-being and happiness. I call this the "law" of voluntary exchange.
If your goal is to maximize your personal well-being without regard for the preferences of others you might assert that an "involuntary exchange" such as theft, fraud, extortion, murder, war, taxation, conscription, slavery, and every other form of tyranny you can imagine are OK as long as you, yourself come out ahead. Ultimately you will discover that such a strategy will be sub-optimal not just for others but for yourself as well compared to what you can achieve in your life through voluntary exchange. It is just the way the universe is constructed.
Technically I am not an "anarchist". Because even though it is folly for one person to assert authority or ruler-ship over another, there is an actual form of authority in all our lives, let me explain. The universe is ordered by "laws" that control and sustain it, such as gravity, electromagnetism, quantum interactions, and many other consistent results that occur given a certain choice in a certain situation. These laws are also described as "natural law". Since humans desire life and happiness over death, misery and suffering, we observe natural law, and make choices that promote our life and well-being, so "natural law" becomes the basis for "natural rights". If you prefer death and misery then you might argue for natural "wrongs". It all depends on what you want, either life and happiness or death and misery. I choose life.
If you have understood what I have said then you can see that it is not possible for people to make "laws". All the laws that matter already exist in nature, it is a matter of discovering them and coming to agreement with other humans who also wish to maximize life and happiness as to which conduct in nature is conducive to such an outcome. Humans, being a part of nature are also subject to natural laws that also apply to all physical sentient life forms. The law of voluntary exchange is such a natural law. It does not matter if you agree, or understand. Like gravity certain laws of human interaction are in play, and thus certain conduct will be found to be helpful to common well-being, and we call human acts that promote such outcomes to be consistent with "natural rights".
There are also metaphysical reasons why voluntary exchange is to be preferred, but that can be another discussion for another time.
