Looks like the time has finally come. I guess I'll start doing podcasts.
I'd like to give a shout out to Dave Painter first and foremost for encouraging me last night to get myself some gear to start recording audio clips and featuring on podcasts. Dave, along with Merrick van Landingham, Joey Acre, and Jared Howe, and others, has been instrumental in pushing me to be more vocal and more active in spreading the message of liberty. Thanks to all of you who kept pushing me along to do more and be more involved. Most all, thank you all for your insight and your help along the way.
Anyone who's known me for any period of time knows that I'm okay when it comes to talking. I do alright in conversation, but when it comes to just me talking at someone, it's an odd exercise for me. I do well in conversations, but I've yet to be involved in podcasting for two reasons: 1) I don't like the idea of talking at a microphone for an audience I'm not engaged with, and 2) I don't really have the time or the right setting to make a decent product.
Another thing is that I prefer written communication. I'm no Mark Twain or Thomas Paine, but I think I do pretty well with words on a page. Writing, for me, has always been my strength, and it's been the medium that I can express myself most fully because it's what I love to use. I suppose speaking and casting could get there with time, but writing has a huge head start on that game.
So, rather than continue to make excuses about why I don't want to or can't do a show or at least put some stuff out, I've decided to bite the bullet, talk at a screen, and go for it. What's the worst that can happen, anyway? Wish me luck in the comments, or just wait for me to put out my first piece and laugh about how awkward it sounds. Either way, let me know your thoughts in the comments!

Andrei Chira is a vaper, voluntaryist, and all-around cool dude. Formerly a paratrooper in the 82nd Airborne Division, he now spends his time between working at VapEscape in Montgomery County, Alabama, contributing to Seeds of Liberty on Facebook and Steemit, and expanding his understanding of...well, everything, with an eye on obtaining a law degree in the future.
Best of luck, I'll bet you'll be great!
Also, nice shirt. I saw Children of Bodom live a couple of years back while I was living in Pennslyvania. Great show!

They're by far my favorite band. I got a chance to see them in South Orange County in California, and some months back in Birmingham, AL. They put on an incredible show every time, it seems like, and they've always done an encore.
