Nice video as always! I have been listening to Dr. Morse by Jeff Berwick's recommendation and I have another explanation to supposed need for animal products. Need to consume proteins and subsequent happiness doesn't automatically mean it is healthy. Just like drug addict's craving for heroine doesn't mean his happiness later is healthy. It just means his body is addicted to the drug and he is getting withdrawals. The same thing happens with (mostly) raw diet. Your body starts to cure itself and detoxify and you feel symptoms of healing crisis. Which can be quite severe and lead you back to the drug- the protein diet.
Note that I didn't talk about veganism but raw diet, because being a vegan doesn't mean you are eating healthy. You can eat mostly grains, nuts and cooked veggies and not differ much from meat eaters. Though you definitely benefit from giving up milk products- the worst mucus-forming foods.
This is my two cents- it is work in progress for me but I finally found a description of how human body works that makes a ton of sense. I even say that Mucusless Diet Healing System is the biggest thing since Flat Earth and definitely worth researching. Look up Dr. Morse at his YouTube channel if interested.

PS I survived last year on a lot of food supplements and vitamins. Now I am retired (for time being) and haven't taken anything in 3 months to get to the baseline. And it is not especially great level of energy. My point here is that according to Dr. Morse, the food supplements are like doping- they don't give you lasting health but you have a price to pay after you give them up
