11th May 2021, “The Fifth Silk Road International Exposition and the 25th Forum for Cooperation between East and West China” was held in Xi’an, the starting city of “The Belt and Road Initiative” and the city of China Territory Center. The theme of this year’s Silk Road International Exposition was “Interconnection and Intercommunication, Co-Construction and Sharing”, 1938 ambassadors to China from 98 countries and regions and also guests from other provinces had gathered in Xi’an to show the overall image, resources advantage, special industry and main program of countries and regions along “The Belt and Road Initiative” comprehensively while carrying out investment discussion, bulk trading and program signing. Under the background of deep integration into China domestic and international dual circulation, “The Belt and Road Initiative” proposal and cooperative development of East and West China are promoted.
One of the main activities in the exposition this year was the signing ceremony between the Silk Road International Exposition and Dingbian district representatives of the Investment & Trade Forum for Cooperation between East & West (IFCEW) which held on 12th May in the afternoon. The signing conference was participated by the current Deputy Commander of Shanxi Military Region, Mr. Qiu Junben, magistrate of Dingbian district in Shanxi province and head of offices in Dingbian District People’s Government. Mr. Liu Tao, CEO of Vonechain Technology was invited to the conference and officially signed the strategic investment agreement with Dingbian District Government. As the main unit, Vonechain Technology will invest 4 billion together with business partners for the establishment of Dingbian Big Data Center.

As development of digital economy deepens, computing power and storage demand of digital economy will gradually break out, thus beneficial basic computing services is needed in the market.
