Recently, Mr. Xiao Hui, system architect of Vonechain Technology was invited to attend the seminar with topic of “Hyperledger Blockchain” during The Global Opensource Technology Conference. He was given a chance to share in-depth about “National Cryptography Reformation” in the seminar.
In 31st July, Hyperledger Blockchain Seminar of The Global Opensource Technology Conference was held in Shenzhen Convention & Exhibition Center. The seminar emphasized on issues such as blockchain underlying network infrastructure, blockchain industrial situation and implemented applications in industry, and how to maximize blockchain via Hyperledger architecture and tools. Furthermore, the seminar aimed to provide platform of exchange and collision for outstanding entrepreneurs, research experts and industrial partners in blockchain industry to discuss about the actual value of blockchain technology in digital industry construction and learn each other’s advantages in technology and business as reference.

The seminar had invited nearly 10 pioneers, including industry leaders, magnates and experts in blockchain industry. Mr. Xiao Hui, system architect of Vonechain Technology was invited as guest and given a chance to share in-depth about “National Cryptography Reformation”. During the seminar, he explained the process of how VoneBaaS platform based on Hyperledger Fabric supports National Commercial Encryption Algorithm by providing solutions and suggestions as reference for teams and enterprises who had demand on National Cryptography Reformation.

“National Cryptography Reformation” refers to the information system which fulfils cryptographic law, policies and standards issued by our country, namely “Cryptography Law of the People’s Republic of China”, GM/T0054-2018 and so on via renewing current cryptographic techniques, product and services so that encryption is autonomous, controllable, safe and reliable.
Article No. 27 of “Cryptography Law of the People’s Republic of China” which officially implemented on 1st January 2020 points out that, law, administrative regulations and related national provisions are required to use commercial encryption for key information infrastructure protection. Operator should use commercial encryption as protection by evaluating safety of commercial encryption application on his own or by authorized commercial encryption inspection unit.
Currently, several information systems encounter issues such as non-compliant, unused or irregular usage of domestic algorithm cryptographic application. Hence, “National Cryptography Reformation” can increase security attributes of information system and portrays an irreplaceable function by ensuring information is private and real and data is complete.
