As some constructive advice, your post is considered spam by many in the community and it will hurt your reputation, thus making it harder for you to succeed on Steemit. I suggest that you don't ask for votes or followers, and also make more valuable content that helps the community.

Downvoting a post can decrease pending rewards and make it less visible. Common reasons:

  • Disagreement on rewards
  • Fraud or plagiarism
  • Hate speech or trolling
  • Miscategorized content or spam
