Hi @skypilot, sory for the late reply. I've looked into it, and I see a large number of downvotes at 100% by you for posts by @sacha on this date.

If you use the steemit web interface, downvoting is misrepresented by the 'flag' option. Basically, a FLAG used like that equates a minus hundred percent upvote. So when your upvote is worth $1.-, next to any effects on post visibility, the flag will also negatively affect the eventual payout as if you did a negative upvote of $1,-. Know that the Watching The Watchers script is not meant to judge downvoting behavior, just to make it more visible so that others here can see the policing by predominantly dolphins and whales. I have updated the script now to have a threshold of 50 MVVW now instead of 20 in an attempt to excempt (most) minnow actions. This means at your current 4.89M VEST, you would need to do more than ten downvotes at 100% within the 24 hour monitoring window before the script includes you again as downvoter.
