People have believes that leadership gives birth leader but which does not give birth to leaders because it is nothing but a voyage in futility, so people need to make away of it and find a better outcome from perception about leadership.

At times when you find out that it is difficult for you to let people understand the moment you feel yourself hesitating on something you know you should do to people life positively, always say I can do it in order to activate your potential and interrupt the habit of overthinking in your life, self-doubt, and fear towards a particular thing in life.

As long as you hold your principles in high esteem, you won't lose value because it is not being remote controlled by others, so let make value in everything we lay our hands upon and make impact within the environment.

Sometimes a firm and visionary leadership is that which raises, nurtures and monitor a systematic transition from followership status to leaders rank in a bid to better lives and raise the standard Anything short of this is an advanced Slavery, keep off.

Don't think you won't progress if you make others go up in one level to another. God created us differently, do your very best in uplifting others around you according to your capacity it does not reduce you, it illuminates your path and provide you more blessing.

Finally, sometimes it is great to be liked by many people in the society, but it is another exceptionally unique experience to be valued. If you want to live a life to please others, you will be liked and if you want to make your life a source of inspiration for others, then you will be valued.
