DE2, CH1 and JP1 migration

DE2 (Frankfurt, Germany), CH1 (Zurich, Switzerland) and JP1 (Tokyo, Japan) have migrated to another datacenters in Frankfurt, Zurich and Tokyo respectively.

The default OpenVPN and SoftEther configs of the servers (domain name based) were not changed, the configs based on IP were changed. Update it please.
