I've tried all of those except X Vpn and Proton Vpn. The one that stood out to me in that list was Hide.me since the connection was usually reliable and it wasn't as laggy. Have you considered Nord, and Surfshark?

    I have looked at nord but haven't tried it out yet. I have been using tunnelbear lately.
