The Twitter app should continue to work if it is already downloaded and installed onto Apple & Android phones. However, updates might uninstall apps. If that happens, you can still access Twitter via web browsers on your phone and via APK & things like that. So there are options. If the Twitter app was removed from the Apple App Store and the Android Google Play, that can prevent people from downloading & installing Twitter onto phones, tablets, sandboxes. Updates might seek to uninstall Twitter. But APK. Browsers. And perhaps someday, Elon Musk Phones.
