I still doubt the judge disqualifies Willis as Merchant was decidedly bad in the courtroom. And as far as I gather the bar for disqualification is quite high and requires more than just the presence of the relationship.
She seemed like a different person today. She did mention that Terrence changing his story between the time they texted and when he was on the stand caught her off guard but that seems like something an attorney should be very used to?
And Merchant did say this morning the cell location records were received the morning of the hearing, so I can understand not having a completely solid basis for everything.
