To determine the factors that influence (determinant) of individual performance needs to be done assessment of employee performance, performance management is an approach to achieve the vision, mission, goals and targets achieved through teamwork. A team that performs well, then its members will set target quality standards, reach targets, understand differences, respect each other, be balanced in roles, client-oriented, evaluate performance and work together.
