Many people find it very difficult to succeed in life due to lack of discipline. The human wants and aspirations are like a game. To participate in the game, one needs to play by the rules. For one to enjoy the game, one needs to obey the rules. For one to obey the rules, one needs to be disciplined.

Discipline is a tree that harbors every success. When one abides by the tree of discipline, one bears much success fruit. But when one did not abide by the tree of discipline, one bear no success fruit. You cannot achieve anything if you cut off from the tree of discipline. Every field of endeavor has it own discipline. For someone to prosper in any field, he/she needs to know and apply the discipline needed for that field.
There are rules governing every success, knowing the fact that we are designed to be in a comfort zone, one should also know that success is not by fluke. Therefore, for someone to succeed, one must delay gratification. Is like denying yourself satisfaction just for a moment to enjoy later.
The creator knows exactly what He wanted to create. He made everything perfect. That is to say that the creator was very successful. He created an enabling environment for humans to operate. One can categorically say that the creator has already installed discipline into the system. Since human wants is insatiable that means that discipline is a human culture.
Nevertheless, the creator designed human to be small creators. The small creators that is in charge of his decision. In charge of his decision means being successful. However, a creator that is in charge required high level of discipline. One has the option to choose what he wants to become. The reason why one is finding very difficult to practice this discipline culture is because of the free will one has. One has the option of being focus or unfocused.
Choose to be focus. Discipline yourself in every facet of life and success will be yours. This applies too to your experience on steemit. For one to do well on this platform one needs to be disciplined and focused, else you will be swept away by wings of distractions. So the question now is, HOW discipline are YOU?

The truth is that no one can truly succeed anywhere without discipline. Even the criminals are disciplined to a level . A criminal can never let his next door neighbour know his movement and agendas , keeps his mouth shut and avoids every association that will expose him and with this he avoids being arrested.. This is discipline, but in the negative aspect.. Therefore if we want to achieve in our endeavours ... Series of rules and policies should guide us ... And this is where discipline comes in.
