The law is married

marriage is a bond that can justify a wife to the husband and to get the responsibility as stated in iannatutthalibin vol. lll. There are several marriage laws, Based on Al-qur'an and As-sunnah, Islam strongly recommends to the Muslims who are able to marry. However, if viewed from the aspect of the condition of the person who carries out the marriage and the purpose of marriage, then carrying out a marriage that can be subject to Wajib, Sunnah, Haram, makruh or Mubah,
the first of which is obligatory to a person who has been able to marry, but his lust is urged and afraid of falling into adultery it is obligatory for him to mate, whereas for that it can not be done well except by mating.
the second law is sunnah marriage for people whose passions have been urged again able to mate, but still able to restrain himself from committing adultery, then sunnahlah he married. Marrying for him is more important than devoting himself in worship, because running a life as a priest is not even justified Islam
the third law of marriage Haram For someone who is not able to fulfill the birth and inner care to his wife and nafsunyapun not urgent, it is forbidden to marry. Qurthuby said: "If a man consciously can not afford to pay for his wife or pay his dowry or fulfill his wife's rights, then he can not marry, before he can explain the circumstances to his wife or until the time comes to fulfill his wife's rights.
the fourth law of marriage makruh for a weak lust and unable to give the expenditure of his wife, although not harming the wife, because he is rich and has no intense lust. Also makruh law if because of impotence that he stopped from doing something worship or demand something science.
