Stand up.
Start slapping yourself around your shoulder and chest area.
Continue slapping yourself down each arm individually.
Still slapping, slap your abdomen and continue downwards towards your legs.
Slap each leg briskly, while bending down, until you reach your ankles.
Stand up again.
You feeling awake again? I'll bet you are!
I also bet that if you are doing all this in an open office, all your colleagues are awake now too!!
Should you want to leave your colleagues sleeping, I'd suggest you do this all in a private place.
I guarantee that whether you do it in private or in public, you'll be awake when you finish.
I call this the slap around!
Another area to slap is your face and head ~ Great for waking up the mind ~ But then your colleagues may really think you're losing it.
Something else to wake up the body ~ And not disturb anyone around you, is to pull your hair. It hurts at first but after a while you experience it more as a tingling sensation and it's great for clearing the head.
