He died on Saturday (21), at age 81, the actor and voice actor Waldyr Sant'anna. Among several voices and roles on television, he was responsible for being the first voice actor for Homer Simpson, "The Simpsons" in Brazil. Information on the cause of death was not disclosed.
Waldyr was the voice of Homer until the 7th season of the series and then returned in the 15th stage until the episode 6 of the 18th of the cartoon. In the movies, he also gave voice to several famous actors, such as Eddie Murphy, Morgan Freeman and Harrison Ford.
