Going for morning walks have become one of my favorite new routines, as it has become a time to escape from the crazy world going on around me.
I encourage you to today go for a morning walk and breathe in some fresh air, maybe even break a sweat! 💦

@cosmia, I cannot agree less with you. The importance of morning walks to our health is numerous. From getting you prepped up for the day to helping you break sweat and of course burn up some calories. I'm presently overweight. Standing tall at just 5ft6inches I weigh a stunning 83kg. Walking anytime is my most favourite exercise. I'm hypertensive so my doctor advises against my doing very vigorous exercises so I try to cut down on my carbs and I do trekk alot, it's fun and it's very good for my cardiovascular health. Thanks for this enlightening piece and also for the beautiful picture.
