Pay attention to these while walking;
• The walk should be done at least two hours after a light meal.
• Before and after the walk, plenty of water should be consumed.
• Fast and tiring walks should be avoided after a heavy meal.
• Hiking shoes with special insoles suitable for walking should be used.
• If the walks are to be held outdoors, early morning hours should be chosen.
• It is not useful to wrap nylon, oilcloth and similar materials on the body while walking to lose weight.
