Pretty lights on Swing Thai's patio (too cold for anybody to be eating outside, so I snapped a pic, lol)

That's it! I am more than halfway done with my current virtual race and I did it ALL THIS WEEK (I went running a couple of times which is why there is no WWM for those days)! My goal is not only to finish this race by the end of the year (31.7 miles, from 10 December-31 December), but to do 50 miles total for the month (this past year, the most walking/running I did in one month was 30 miles. I've already beat that, as of today, with this walk). I am feeling the motivation - huzzah!

Thanks for walking with me in Denver!

Sort Order:

3 books? That won't even make a dent from your bookshelves.. you should give away 1 book for every mile... 6 months and that bookshelf will be clear..

I have zero desire or intention to clear my bookshelves. Books are life. You're talking to a writer, here. :P

And here I thought writers WROTE books...

And we also read them prolifically. And enjoy their company.

I can't bring myself to read the same book twice..

I can't bring myself to read the same book twice..

Omg...you've never read a really really good book then!

I've read tons of books.. most of Stephen King... all of John Grisham and James Patterson... half of Louie Lemoore... just not the same one twice..

I said good books LMAO! Just bugging you...

LOL, some of them I definitely read multiple times, or I read a bit here and a bit there. Some of them are because I don't read one at a time. I call it Reading ADD. A chapter here, a section there, ooh look shiny new book let's start it, go back to book one, then book twenty seven...

Some of them are reference, and some are just kinda nostalgia love, but the ones I haven't picked up in a long time and am not likely to again are the ones I am finding myaelf able to let go of now.
That and a few I picked up at like Friends of the Library sales because Why Not Bag O' Books, but I never did start, so I gave those away. 😂

Every time I see those little free libraries I just smile and smile...
