Have you ever watched Gilmore Girls? Your beautiful little berg reminds me of Stars Hollow, and now, come to think of it, you look like Rory. I love it! Does everyone in town know each other really well? Do new people ever move in? I'm just curious....it's so quaint and cozy. What's it like living there?

Walk With Me In My Home Town
I have not watched Gilmore Girls, but so much talk about it from different people I think I have to now lol. Pretty much everyone in town knows everyone. I keep to myself a lot so I don't know people so well. But apparently everyone knows me! LOL. Just in this town I have 4 cousins, 3 of them with children, 6 aunts, 5 uncles, my parents, sister and brother in law with their children and my mother in law and with her (new husband). I had more aunts and uncles in town but they moved away for various reasons. So just my big family, we make up about 12% of the population lol.
What's it like living here... um well, it is quiet. I am more north so we have long winters, sucks in some ways because of short growing seasons and lots of snow means a lot of work. Collecting wood for heating, shoveling the driveways and entrances, shoveling the roofs etc. What's nice is that we have a lot of trails. There is not much to show from the trails during the winter. They kind of all look the same lol naked trees and a lot of snow lol. In the first picture in the far back, you see a mountain. That is Cheminis Mountain. It is nice to climb it and enjoy the view from small lakes to lots of forestry. During the summer... BUGS! Bugs love me lol. We get good amounts of blueberries and raspberries that grow here and there. We have bears, foxes, moose to watch out for. We used to have more deer and lynx but they have become scarce.
It is a place for people to have hobbies to indulge in because it is a quiet town. We have to travel for everything needed.
Sometimes people buy houses here like if they were cottages lol, we get more and more people from the south coming in to buy houses. That's pretty much it :)
