This is very south of the island, captured on my walks towards Telegrafbukta and Sydspissen I found a couple of houses that was nicely decorated ... the nearest one seems to have put quite much effort into it.

Note that they even have a gnome and a lit candle at the backside of their mailboxes, to the far left of the photo. Ok, it's probably not a real candle ... I didn't investigate that part.

I was to write that the people in the first house had gone "all in" ... but, no, here are some folks that really has gone "all in". Honestly, I think they've gone a bit too far - this is just getting too tacky for my taste.

I agree with you that the house that went all in with the lights is really too much. I think you can't even sleep good inside with that many lights. If that's the owner's passion for Christmas...what can I say?

Looks like wine to me - though, one should expect him to drink "gløgg", the Norwegian variant of gluhwine, though more often than not served as an non-alcoholic drink those days. However, as a hot drink, Gløgg is rarely served from a bottle, most often from a pot.
