Ledger Live and the device itself has some common problems that users experience when new updates are available and can cause some frustration. It’s important to stay calm as your cryptocurrency will not be lost if you know your recovery phrase. Therefore, your recovery phrase must be written down and stored as in some rare cases; your device might need to be reset or returned if it is broken. Your recovery phrase will allow you to reset your device and restore it to your current wallet so all your coins will be recovered.
You must have the latest version of Ledger Live and have your recovery phrase stored on paper.
