    People up vote content they find entertaining or useful.
    Anything original, or, content with sourced material is eligible to receive rewards as an author or curator of a post they created.

    Posting someone elses work can get you flagged, and the rewards removed, as plagiarism is not allowed.

    Take some time, browse around steemit, introduce yourself with the tag 'introduceyourself' and let everyone know about you and say hi to the steemit community. (tags are important, using 'waqar' doesnt help people find your content)
