I have to say this is a great piece. I've only managed to get through half, but I promise to finish it!
The Western Democracies need some checks and balances installed, after consecutive administrations have dismantled them.
I propose and Act to repeal any war time emergency legislation automatically, at the declaration of peace between two nations.
